Art allows a safe way for you to explore your inner self. It is clear that art has tremendous physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. Each class we will be exploring art and colour for self expression, mindfulness and intuition.
No artistic ability is needed.
Come along and join me online, as we host this workshop on Zoom. Please be prepared with paper, pencils, pens, charcoal, crayons or acrylics (what ever you feel comfortable using).
